The new site is built around the things people ask us for most:
- Find out who we are and why the charity exists
- See the activities we run and how to join in
- Read news and updates
- Look up our policies, including safeguarding and privacy
- Send us a message if you need support or want to help
Nothing else has changed
We are still here for children and adults living with life-limiting or chronic illness, including mental health conditions. We still work to reduce isolation, promote inclusion, and offer practical, compassionate support across Stockport.
If you already come to a session, nothing about that needs to change. This is simply a better way to find us, stay in touch, and see what is coming up.
